Politos Pizza — Restaurant in Rothschild

Was here on Sunday 3/19/23 around 6:15pm. I had a TERRIBLE experience. The lady working behind the counter was very rude and you could definitely tell she hates her job. She was wearing earbuds the whole time she was helping so I had to repeat myself many times. She walked away before I could even finish my order and when asked if they had a certain kind of pizza she VERY rudely replied NO. Then ran to the cash register and said in a VERY rude tone “you want anything else or no” The employees working seemed to be more worried about the friends they had in the lobby than the other customers in line. There were other customers who walked out behind me shaking their heads. This employee ruined this restaurant for me when other times it has been great. I know how badly these negative google reviews impact business and I have never left one before, but this one is well deserved.

Stopped in at the Rothschild location for a slice always had great pizza from the lacrosse location ordered a large at 710 pm server said twenty minutes 40 minutes passed when my wife approached the counter and asked about the status it was just sitting there for 20 minutes the five staff members seemed to be more worried about closing the store than to let us know our pizza was ready I asked for a refund and was told that’s not how it works and if I don’t like it don’t eat here I asked for a number to complain that was not provided I went to the main website and let them know about the incident as well Sam Polito responded by email only asking what location and no resolution the company lost many sales based on this transaction alone and the lack of response from what I believe is the owner I’ll certainly find a new place to get a slice and I’ll make sure to suggest...

We stopped here after the trampoline park for a quick bite to eat, reviews said the pizza was good and it was recommended…what a disappointment! They had a handful of pizza choices to choose from and it was only 5-6PM on a Friday….considering they are open until 10, they didn’t even have a simple pepperoni! We stayed for a bit with hopes they would fire up more appeasing pizzas with no luck. The pizza was OK at best. The atmosphere was not what I expected-and the staff was rude…we were there with our 4 children and met another family who showed up shortly after us and the girl working the register said loud enough for us to hear “ohh good-more kids” in a rude and insulting manner when she saw more children coming to dine…maybe some customer service training is in order for this rude young unprofessional?
