This is crazy! I come here as an everyday customer and I care about this planet so I reuse the cup till it dies...Most of the time they look at me and the cup like I've got it from the trash. Came here for my regular refill today, the guy was helping and here comes Juanna, that her name she said. That girl passed trough the line, she was late to work, with no excuses. Ok, she came up to the register and in front of me wispers to the guy :"We don't use these cups anymore..." She said the guy NOT TO SELL ME A COFFEE ! He replied:"Sorry we don't use these cups anymore but I will refill it for now!" WHAAAAAAAAAT? You are refusing to sell me a coffee in your "STARBUCKS" cup? No matter if it is old or dirty. I am paying you my money! I am a coffeine addict and I buy coffee at least 3 times a day in you "FRIENDLY COFFEE SHOP" Crazy. I want someone from your corporate to reach me as soon as possible.    Read moreI ordered online in the line because it was long. Lacy was quick to make my drink had it out in 5 minutes. Lacy was the only employee who was doing everything taking orders, making drinks, food items with a positive attitude. Lacy explained how she was the only worker and she was doing her best she could. Find a policy or crew who donât call out to put stress on the other employees and long wait time. The other crew member was hardly to be seen. The store is dirty and needs someone to step aside and clean it. No water to drink, straw wrappers all over the counter, paper towels soaking up a coffee spill. Guests were waiting 5-10 minutes in line. Give Lacy help donât let a good employee struggle by herself. She needed support this day. 1/29/2024 2:45 pm.

While waiting in line, a female employee came up to us and rudely said that sheâs the manager and if the dog is not a service dog then I cannot be in here with him. Her tone was very rude and almost discriminative. I have always taken my elderly dog in the same shut stroller to many Starbucks locations and never once was treated so rudely.
