The experience started out a lot better than how it ended. First of all, the furniture you see is not necessarily the furniture you get. Once your name is signed on the bottom line, forget about this particular store caring about you or extending any customer service to resolve any issues. I even chatted with a concerned corporate customer service rep who called the Austin store directly to have the manager contact me. He never did. However, the delivery people were prompt, courteous, and professional and took pains to set everything up well. I'm still waiting for resolution from the billing issue. I will not rent from Cort again. My recommendation is go buy cheap furniture or find another furniture...

I just returned home to load up equipment for my job site. My driveway is blocked where I can’t get my flat bed out. The driver tells me I need to wait 10 minutes because he’s busy. Update CORT, thank you for the prompt response. The driver continued to sit in front of the house, engine running for another 15 minutes after the 20 minutes of completing his task. I asked him to move again. He said my truck was in the way and I told him he had reverse. I called the Sheriffs Dept. Thankfully he left before they arrived. Great selection of quality, gently used furniture in my budget-conscience price range to furnish living and dining rooms for a rental condo. Will definitely keep them in mind for mattresses, too. For an extra fee, my furniture was delivered to New Braunfels and brought inside the rental unit. The delivery crew was really nice and executed flawlessly.
