I lived here 28 years as July of 2025 and have had good and bad experiences. Starting off with the bad: unannounced visits inside my apartment, missing personal objects and handling of same. Unfair treatment: Management have certain favorites that allow others to do what is against the Lease which the infraction is considered a violation. Revisiting unauthorized access: Once the problem is seemingly resolved the problem happens again and the situation continues and are ignored again. Instead of the tenant being the victim maintenance staff becomes or plays the victim role. No one has the right to ingress or egress a person's apartment. A person's home should be their haven and not a highway of outsiders coming in and out and then to add more stress have 8 to 10 inspections within 12 months! Having to see and know someone has been inside my apartment without consent is not a home. Fear and distrust sets in. This should never be the case. I always leave my lights off. There has been days when I come home, the lights were on and my light bill escalating. Imagine going away for one week and you come back and the lights are on. Even on expected visits! Management and maintenance should be extremely sensitive about this. If you are not part of the solution then you are definitely part of the problem! I feel extremely violated when someone has clearly been inside my home. And of course maintenance has the key and again management hasn't stopped it or it would not be occurring for over 8 years plus. Revisiting favorites: no one is above the Lease. Equal treatment should be afforded and enforced to everyone. I was informed that both managers were involved in a physical brawl with a tenant(s). Scarey!! I personally felt extremely bad about this situation and unsafe but sometimes I wonder what precipitated this type of anger between tenant and management. Physical altercation towards anyone is unacceptable! It doesn't sit well knowing that safety may be an issue. . Now the good part. The Willows always fix and maintain the apartments and continually beautify Its grounds. Management has a great attitude but won't uphold and enforce...

You are the one who will live there. Our money was not offered back. "Ok sorry you won't be taking the apartment" Click , they hung up. Very disappointed with the properties way of handling their...
