I started vaping a few years back to quit smoking cigarettes . In this time I've been to quite a few vape shop. I'd say at least 15 . I've come to realize that all vape shops are basically the same .some carry more things than others and some places are cheaper then others . What really makes the difference is the employees that work at them . I've been going to good guy Vapes in hopatcong since the first day it opened . The prices are the best around and the service is outstanding . Today is a sad day for my wife and I we absolutely love stephano and we found out his last day at this location is tomorrow . Stephano takes the time to remember each coustomers name and he truly cares about your experience .I have been very impressed with your coustomer service . He takes the time to remember what flavors you like so when you are wanting to change up your juice you can truly trust his opinion for your taste .this store gets 5 stars because of stephano alone. He goes above and beyond to solve any problems you are having. I've never met a person who takes such pride in what they do. Just went here for the first time, Im new to vaping and the customer service was on point. I had gotten a vape from else where and couldn't figure out how to use it because it kept burning my tongue. Went into this shop for some advice and Wendy had it working the next second. She had never used this exact device, but managed to fix it. Also explained how to set up a new coil, and the different oil brands out there. Wendy really went out of her way to give great service even when I didn't know anything. The other two other guys at the shop, Theo and Stefano were chatting with us as well, and giving us all shorts of advice at first they were mostly talking to my boyfriend while I dealt with my issue. We were in there for a good hour learning about all the products and getting the best customer service I have seen in awhile. Hands down would drive to this location 45 minutes away every time to get this kind of service. There is one closer to me, and will be going back every time I need something! I had such a easy, attentive, and fulfilling experience last night. I have been to many different vapour shops and nothing compares to good guy vapes. I am SUPER picky on my juices and I have found a new juice that I love! My friend told us about good guy vapes because I was in a pinch for juice and I am totally glad he did. Their prices are awesome! I just wish I found them sooner because I wouldn't have spent an arm and a leg at other places getting stuff that I don't even use. Theo who works there is really awesome! He helped me go through my new mod step by step and was extremely patient!!! When another customer came in he excused himself politely to help them real quick and come back to us.
