When my father in law (lived in this area for many years) passed in Florida , yet his final wish was to return to Rushville, we needed a tv monitor to play our celebration of life pictures in a small church setting. After speaking on the phone with the 'Ryans'. I felt asuured we would be able to count on this RAC and crew, a relief at this time of personal challenge. They are very rude and are only worried about getting their money even if you have never been late on a payment 9am on Monday they begin calling every hour on the hour until you come in. If you have an appointment with them to bring something back they take their own sweet time getting to you. We have had two appointments set up for them to deliver our drying back and both times no show and dont even call to tell us their not coming. We then call and they say we had an "emergency" come up.
