Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Rushville

I ordered a cake last Thurs to be picked up on Sat afternoon. I ordered the large 10" size and asked if they could make it all chocolate? I explained that we wanted it chocolate ice cream on the bottom, the caramel/cookie crunch center layer and then instead of white ice cream on top like normal, we wanted another layer of the chocolate ice cream. I asked if they could do that and if it cost any extra. The lady I was talking to on the phone said the manager was out and would call me back. I was talking to a doctor's office when the DQ manager returned my call but she left a message and said that it would be $26.99 (which is the regular price). So Sat. I went and picked up the cake at the drive thru because you can't go in. I specifically asked if it was all choc, and a different woman came to the window with the order slip and said, "That's what is says, all chocolate, but there's now way to check it." Well, I figured that since they wrote the order down correctly, they got it correct. Well guess what!?! We sing happy birthday and cut the cake and it's half chocolate/half white ice cream....I went and called them and the female I talked to on the phone, after I explained, asked me what I wanted them to do?? I replied, "I guess I want you to get your orders correct." and her reply was "ok" I waited for something else, "I'm sorry".....something..... Nothing......I...

We are from kentucky and stopped here at this dairy queen ordered our food which was 2 7.00 meals which comes with ice-cream Sundays, which she told us we could get them after we ate our dinner. We ate not thinking about anything as the food was good....walked out the door got in the car and left then realized we had forgotten our ice-cream. Therefore we called and explained what happened and was told to bring the receipt back with us to get our ice-cream....we didn't get our receipt she didn't give us one. Very upset about this. Never have we ever had this problem before and we stop at dairy queen quite often at home in...

I never leave reviews but this food was egregious. We ordered a 1/3 burger meal and a crunchy chicken salad. The burger bun was rock hard. Not like a day old, like 6 days old rock hard. The burger itself looked about 2 days old. The chicken in the salad tasted about 2 days old. We didn’t eat either for fear of food poisoning. They also forgot the dressing and both our drinks were completely flat. Absolutely none of this food should have been served. Literally never again getting food here. If that’s their food standard imagine what they’re kitchen/food...
