Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rushville

Extremely slow (over 30 minutes) for dine-in and two items were missing from our order. This was my 2nd visit in 7 days and the service was slow on both occasions.

Drive-thru service is the priority here. Several (at least 3, sometimes 5) employees work together to serve drive-thru customers. They pay attention to wait times and ensure that orders are served in a timely manner.

1 employee serves dine-in customers and he also helped with drive-thru orders. He seems new and inexperienced; spent much more time looking at the screen and instructions than preparing food on both visits.

On both visits, I ordered via the app. After I arrived inside and informed the employees of my order, the app showed that my order was ready within a couple of minutes, but this wasn't the case.

I choose dine-in because I prefer to wash my hands before eating and eating Taco Bell while driving isn't ideal. I like to eat at a table. If I visit this location again, I'll order in the drive-thru, then bring my food inside, wash...

It had a long time since I visited this Taco Bell in Rushville. This was because I live in another town and no reason to go Rushville. But, tonight I had a reason to visit Rushville. When I finished my visit and headed out of town. I felt hungry and stop at the Taco Bell in town and bought one Nacho BellGrande which I shared with my wife. It was so Delicious that after we ate the 1st one I went back up got another one. Well that 2nd one was just as good as the 1st one. Plus, this 2nd trip to the counter I saw the Cinnabons. Needless to say I had to have those to also, and of course they were very YUMMY and good. Good job to the Franchise and everyone was super friendly and nice... Everything was just as good as I remember. ...

Just ordered using the app. Order was technically right. The Doritos locos tacos were flat AF. Pics attached. Not only that, they were cold and not in the cardboard thing that keeps them from getting flattened. If they had the appropriate amount of stuff in them, they wouldn't have been so bad. Chicken quesadilla was nearly empty. There was zero mild sauce on the premises, I asked. I shouldn't complain because it's taco Bell and the bar is very low for them to begin with. $30 for a colon cleanse isn't bad tho. I never go here, but the kids like it on occasion.
