I try not to give poor reviews for small businesses; however, this small business told me that I can’t leave a bad review because they disabled reviews. Not true because here I am leaving a review.

Initially, I was very excited because I was able to place an order for a quick turnaround on 24 shirts. It was clear that the owner understood the tone of red that I was looking for when I shared that I DO NOT want an orangey red. I used the “Bible App” to show her the scripture I wanted on the back. I told her I will text the logo I wanted. (I did this as soon as I got home). She made a great suggestion as to where the logo should be placed. She wrote down the order. There was an error in the first two lines of verbiage. She indicated she’d remember to correct this when she printed the shirts. There wasn’t time for a mock up because of the quick turnaround.

When I went to pick up the T-shirts, they were orangey red, there was no logo, and the wording had not been corrected. I won’t do a blow by blow of our discussion. Suffice it to say that she kept the shirts, refunded my money, and we agreed not to do business together. I went to my event empty handed.

I believe in taking responsibility. I should have planned better and placed my order sooner and asked for a mockup. I believe this step was circumvented this because she really wanted to help despite it being a very busy time for the...

Do not order!! No return phone calls, message emails nothing. Said a shirt would be put back for me.. they guess it sold. Rude customer service!! I was told it’s just one sweatshirt.. didn’t matter....
