I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I got my hair done for the first time by Jaime, I thought she knew what she was doing but when she was done the color and everything was not what I wanted. (She never asked if the color was what I wanted or if I liked it)My hair cut was uneven and when I got home I viewed the back of my head and saw that the balayage wasn’t even blended nicely and the color was as if she never dyed/toned it so I had a bleach hair color. I couldn’t believe she let me walk out of her chair looking like this. As a hairstylist she should of put more effort into making the color look like what I wanted, but she was just ready to get done and didn’t care about the outcome as she “thought I loved it”. Obviously no one would like something this ugly. I was so embarrassed to go out and my whole family and friends thought it looked horrible and unprofessional!! I immediately got the soonest appointment elsewhere and got this mess fixed. I should be refunded for the service I received as she didn’t even color my hair only bleached it!!! I paid 110 and still was kind...

Me and my sister get our hair done here and Elise is absolutely amazing! I wont go to anyone else. I actually live in Midland, TX and every time I visit my family here, I always try to get an appointment with Elise. She’s has done my eye lashes and they literally turned out amazing. I’ve had a horrible time always finding someone that actually takes there time and does my hair amazing, even when I lived in Austin. My hair is now healthy and beautiful. And Elise has went over and beyond my expectations. I got my hair done before my wedding this past week, and she literally gave me what my ashy blonde and extensions. They are so perfect, and my confidence feels so good to have especially before my wedding day. The staff there is amazing, and I always feel like Elise is my therapist while sitting in her chair.

I've not had my hair done here, but due to the horrible interaction with some of the staff at this location, no one in my immediate family will. It's one thing to be rude to a patron, but it is whole other issue to go out of the way to be profile a person without cause. I was profiled by a member of this salon and interrogated for using a camera on a tripod (that was clearly visible), to film and photograph outdoors while standing on the sidewalk (a public space) near the salon. If this is how a person of color is treated while minding their own business, it makes me wonder how they are talked about...
