Although they're a grocery/meat market, they also carry some hard to find alternative products that other retailers lack - including "Wall Greens" sprouts and Silk Unsweet soy milk. Unfortunately given their smaller store size their products are SIGNIFICANTLY higher than their biggest competitor Walmart. Some comparisons: 18 count eggs are$5.39 vs Walmart's $2.32; Silk soy milk is $4.69 vs Walmart's $2.98; 2% milk (store brand) $2.89 vs Walmart's $2.32; and Hillshire's 9 oz. Honey ham at $4.99 vs Walmart's $4.50. So the totals here: $17.96 vs Walmart's $12.12. You'd save 33% by spending the extra 2 minutes to get to Walmart but have to deal with more people and more lines. Very nice and new little grocery store. It's a small format standard Associated Grocers grocery store, so they'll follow the AG sale prices. Inside they have a deli, meat counter, and hot food line along with the stand groceries and produce. They appear to have one of the best beer selections on this side of town, and the addition of self checkout lanes is really nice if you've only got a few items. It's brand new so defiantly the cleanest grocery store I've ever seen, some work is still being done but they have already stocked all the standard food items you'd expect. I literally needed Benadryl for my son a bread for our cook out. We ran out of buns an my son was stung and needed Benadryl. My wife sped up there to get there 8 minutes before close. We got there at 9:52. A lady walked out as they shut the door in my face. I’ll be never shop there again. I hate Walmart but at least they aren’t foreigners that close the door in your face. 6-14-24. I own a local business a will be encouraging all of my customers to not shop there, including anyone else that will listen in the community.
