Tried to tell me they were closed at 11 (they close at 1)... I had an online order, and they said my order was not received but never asked me what my order was when I started to ask questions. They ended up giving it to me after the hassle ( I still never asked what my order was, just for my name. I guess they had it all along and just didn't want to do it)... waited 45 minutes at the window for some tacos.. spent 25$ and waited almost an hour when no one was there in line, and it was two hours before closing. When I pulled up to the window, she was on her phone and drinking Sodas from the fountain, acting like she didn't see me. Ridiculous service and the food showed minimal effort. Barely any filling in any of my food. It did look like she was the only person in the store, but that just reflects poorly on the store as much as the worker. I'm sure she was as just as fed up as I was at this point and the other people behind me. Unacceptable for a fast food service 😒
Edit* had another customer come outside her car to see what was going on. She came up to the window (while I was parked there) after waiting for some time and started to knock on the window to the store.. seems I'm not the only one angry at the wait time. There was more than one worker in the store even after the lady that answered me said she was the only one there. Don't know what the problem was, but this was completely ridiculous for it being so far from closing time and not at all busy. Plus, I didn't get any of the sauce I asked for...
BEWARE IF YOU ORDER HERE LATER...
Read moreI ordered a bunch of food from this taco bell about a week ago. I got home, and realized they had shorted me a Mexican Pizza. I called the store, and talked to the manager, who said she would write my name down if I couldn't make it back down there, and the next time I come, I could get the food I had paid for.
So the next time I come in, I order a steak quesadilla meal, and tell them about the Mexican Pizza that they owe me. They say they cannot find my name. So the manager on duty asks me, "was it a women or a man", I say I believe it was a women, then she said "did she sound like a nice white lady, or was she black?", and I said she was nice, but I am not going to infer race from a voice over the phone.
So she still says she cannot find my name, and that there is nothing she can do about. I then say, so I can't get the food I have already paid for, it's not my fault you didn't give me all of my food. And then she implied that it definitely was my fault that I drove home last time without getting my food out. She was horrendous to me, and the other employees obviously felt awkward about it.
In the end, she did not apologize, only left with me a "it's not my fault".
I would not recommend...
Read moreWent there today with my niece. The sweet girl up front took our order because we aren't fond of the kiosk. My niece had told me on the way that they were enforcing using the kiosk. I had told her that if I wasn't wanting that tostado so bad I would have went elsewhere. When the young girl was taking my order the manager, I'm assuming, rudely came up to her and turned a sign toward her hitting it on counter pointing it out to her that customers are to use kiosk. Asking her what does that say? And telling her that was two write ups on her. Then walked off. This should have been handled privately. All the young lady was doing was giving good customer. The young lady disappeared. Not sure what he did to her. Then my tostado was nasty. The manager made it himself. He threw my order on the counter which caused the tostado to slide partially out of container. While eating I over heard him saying Damn while talking to another employ. Then walking around the front talking on his cell phone. They were not busy. Trash was stacked on top of sauce counter. No trash can to put it in near by. If taco bells are gonna enforce the kiosk I will not be a...
