Nice store, rude staff We ended up buying our cameras online for cost and ease of comparison, but when we went to Phototec to buy accessories we realized we made a mistake. We could have easily ordered everything online. Instead, we opted to support a local business and we were met with rude comments about how we should have bought the camera from them. Simple questions about whether the SD card that they carried would work with our cameras were met with snippy, immature jabs at our camera's origin. Brought old negatives of my dog that has passed away. They were pictures of her when she was just a baby so to have them meant the world to me. The gentleman there was very professional and helpful. They were able to send me a link to download my pictures, which is nice to have them safely in my phone instead of pictures I can misplace again. It definitely cost MUCH more than I expected, but these are priceless memories to me so any price...

Great store, very nice, knowledgeable and friendly people. I was out on a trip for my birthday to Vermont from Long Island. My Canon R5 cable to charge my battery broke. I bought a second hand cable (from a different store) but that didn’t work. As I arrived they not only tested a cable for me but tested other cables and battery adapters.
