Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rutland City

I ordered an olive/mushroom/peppers and onion pizza for take out. I was handed my pizza and left. 5 miles down the road, I reach in to grab a slice to eat. It is a Pepperoni pizza. What a let down! Not that I don't like pepperoni, but it was not what I ordered. I drive back and tell them about the mistake. After they searched around and couldn't find it, one of them says they must have delivered to someone else, and would make me a new one. I wonder how the other person felt. So I sit. And I sit. And I sit. It is the rush hour. Okay, how about offering me a drink while I am waiting, ...a salad, a breadstick...give me the mistake pizza to take, especially since I had my hand on it while attempting to take it out of the box. Nothing. No sorry from the girl who made the mistake. Finally, the guy who cuts the pizzas brings me my pie, shows it to me to make sure it is right, and I left. The Pepperoni pizza was put back into their warming...

Very unhappy, nothing about the order or process was easy or correct. Will definitely never be going back to pizza hut again. Ordered online and selected curbside pick-up. The email we received said it would be ready in 17 min and came with a button to press saying you were there. When we arrived at Pizza Hut, there was no curbside Pick-up and had to go into the store. Inside, no one seemed to know what was going on and there was no system. Employees where rude, ignored customers and kept taking there masks off. When we asked about our food they told us only half of it was ready. We waited almost and hour for our food to be ready. When we got home most of the food was cold. We ordered bread sticks and got cheese bread instead without any marinara sauce on the side. We ordered 2 pizzas and they did not get either one of the toppings. Or crust type correct. Very disappointed and definitely not worth the time and...

Ordered at 6:55pm for a 7:45 pickup. Arrived on time to discover order was not ready. Over the course of the next 15 minutes menu items trickled out one by one and then was informed that my final item would be ready in another 5 minutes. Restaurant had two open tickets. Dining room had two tables but customers had to come to counter to receive service help as waitress was MIA. So I am annoyed that not only is my order going to be 20 minutes overdue not to mention that my first pizza is now almost 20 minutes cold. Asked to have my final item removed/refunded as I wanted to leave with what food was prepared as well as receipt for my order. Unable to provide a receipt! Additionally while waiting for my order took time to wander dining room. I would caution people to avoid dining room as their dust has dust on it. Overall experience convinced me that Rutland Pizza Hut is no longer an option for our family...
