My family and I went there for vacation this past weekend, and this was the filthiest place we've been to. It's absolutely disappointing considering how many good reviews there are, but it seems like the negative reviews were far more accurate. First of all, the bathrooms were disgusting when we arrived. Trash and toilet paper are all over the place. The toilets were filled with urine and toilet paper that was never flushed. Trash and metal equipment are blocking the pathway and making it dangerous at night. Hoses are all on the ground and even flooded with water on one side. They ended up cleaning the inside of the bathroom in the middle of our time there but there were still people's razors and other items left behind that were there when we first arrived. It seems they only clean the bathrooms once a week. Next are the campsites. There was trash everywhere when we arrived, and their policy states there is a $200 cleaning fee for leaving any Trash, even down to cigarette buds, which is understandable if they actually cleaned the place. We even picked up the previous people's trash before leaving. The sign that has the campsite spot was bent, I'm guessing someone ran it and it was never fixed. Third is the staff and location. When we first got there, we asked about the showers, wanting to know if they took quarters or not, and where they're located. They had no idea and couldn't tell us anything about it. What they could tell us is that the shuttle and tubing service that was on the website hasn't been going on for at least 3 years. That wasn't anywhere on the website from what I've seen and I haven't seen reviews mention that they no longer do the shuttle. My family ended up having to pile into a car and pay $30 a day at a different location 10 minutes away. They also never picked up the trash the whole time us being there, making it pile up and overflow out of the singular trash can they provided. Overall, we made the best of the situation because we won't let poor management ruin our trip, but we will never be coming back and don't recommend anyone else going until they fix these issues for...

One the owner stated this last part of response to a complaint "Thank you for running to the internet to let the world know we are not perfect as I’m sure you must be." Wow really, this is the owners response. Nobody is perfect, situation should be made right not a day after visitors check out. The owner has the nerve to say that. Read moreWe arrived to our cabin and we were approached and asked if we had heard about the previous campers. We replied no, we were informed that the previous campers were sick and had to leave early. We asked the staff members and were assured that no one sick and everything was sanitized with a 1000.00 disinfectant. Well immediately one of the kids took off the flip flops and walked around the floor was horrible. We asked the cleaning staff to mop the floor again and they did.. the picture added was after the second mopping. Within 24 hrs I was sick and so was my son. 24 hrs hours after that my wife, her friend and the other 2 girls were sick as well.. 6 out of 7 of us were throwing up uncontrollably. ||||Well I complained to one of the managers and was told the owner would get back to me the next day.. we never heard from them. The day we checked out I spoke with Gabriella Menchaca, she told me no one was sick before we checked in.. well in the middle of our conversation, Gabriella let it slip that the prior guest had food poisoning..
