BEWARE - THIEVES WORK HERE and the OWNER, (female?) has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! Workers stole 3 baseball caps, a $25 gift card and a couple of other items. When the owner was alerted, she talked to the 2 employees and came back to tell my brother that she would reimburse him the cost to replace the caps, (he didn't even ask to be reimbursed for the gift card or other items). She then gave him the run around for 3 weeks and today offered him $20!!! He paid over $100 for only 2 caps! I heard her rudely yelling at him and being disrespectful towards him and front of his 2 young boys! TRUE customer service is owning up to your word and making things right for your customer especially after acknowledging that your employees (who represent you, the owner, and your business) have...

I've been going here for years. It's long been THE best car wash in the Sacramento area. Today I was less than impressed. I pulled into a wash spot right away. It took around 50 minutes for them to complete my car, which is totally fine. But the attention to detail was majorly lacking. The top of the car wasn't washed well. The cupholders were closed and left dirty instead of washed. I watched and the trunk wasn't vacuumed. I did ask them to vacuum it at the end and they did so with no complaints, but there was a time when 'You want everything?' meant you got one hell of a car wash. Hopefully it was just a fluke at the end of a long, warm Sunday. I'll give it one more try with the hope it goes better than today, but I was definitely a little disappointed...

I must say I am very disappointed with this service I had done today, regret giving a $12 tip. I used to be a regular when the older Mexican man and his wife were in charge and it seems that the business quality has gone down hill. If it weren't for a shoulder injury I would have done it myself. I will not be returning for a car wash, the front hood of my car and front bumper look as if it were just sprayed down and I wiped my hand down the side of my car under the door and it was back. They did a terrible , rushed job and I feel as if I got scammed. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could upload a photo to shoe how bad...
