Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sacramento

This was the worst store I have ever been to in my life. I placed the order online, called to make sure it would be ready in 20 minutes. The person picked up the phone, said nothing and placed me on hold. Then he picked up and seemed not to listen to me. When I explained I just wanted to verify it would be ready for pickup in 20 min he said yes... He wasn't quite right. I then went into the store, which had locked the door to stop from being robbed I guess, I had to ring a bell and wait for them to verify I placed an order, then once they verified I placed an order they asked for my money before letting me in. Finally in the store I paid, while one rep used foul language while conversing with another rep. They all appeared in poor appearance, non caring attitude, and didn't converse anything with me, just with each other about personal things, even while I paid for the food. Then I noticed garbage on the floors, papers strewn about on the floors in front lobby and in the back where they prepped the pizza. Not to mention the fact that EVERYTHING in the store was dirty and he handled money then went and grabbed my pizza! No hand washing, he hadn't even sanitized. When I got the pizza the pizza had about 2 inches of crust on one side, and about a quarter inch of crust on the other. My bread sticks weren't sticks, it was flat bread. It was not cut, oily, and it wasn't properly prepped. The cinnamon stix were the same thing, it was one flat piece, not cut, and not prepped properly. The rep was very rude when he dealt with me, sagging his pants so I could see boxers, which I find very horrible while working at a company. I have reported this whole experience to their corporate office, and I have pics of the food, and will be going back to get pics of the store's appearance and the reps. I just cannot believe the corporate office would allow this store to appear this way. They haven't gotten a good review on ANY website I could find in at least 2 years. How much must go wrong before they handle this store...

They didn't give me anything

They must be more careful with the staff

Don't be hiring him that kind of people steal in hot pizza and put users like thieves,

With the waiting time

For the app to tell you that the employee reported that you picked up the order

First off the team members misinformed us about the sizes of the chicken alfredo. Saying the chicken alfredo is small and only in a single size!

So, I ordered two, one for my daughter and one for myself, thinking that the Chicken alfredo we're not that big. Plus we ordered 18 party wings. So, I would know we both would get enough to eat!

We get home open everything up and it is way to much food! The single and small size chicken alfredo is big enough for my daughter and I to share just one! Plus the chicken wings we're hard and very crispy to where my daughter or myself couldn't eat them. She maybe got 3 or four of them!

It was the same way for my mothers order!She ordered 4 chicken alfredo, and 36 wings! They had 2 Chicken Alfredo's left!

I just through my wings away! She ordered 4 chicken alfredo for four people also thinking they we're small! Them four people only ate two of them together

I paid $43.00 and some change and My mom paid $82.00 and some change! You think for someine who just spent over $100.00 bucks they would be a little nice,NOPE!

I'M NOT GOING BACK THERE, EVER AGAIN! THE FIRST TIME AND THE LAST TIME IN ONE TRIP!!!

The take away from this review!

1. The Chicken Alfredo is enough to feed two people, so don't left them make you think it is a small portion!

2. Check your wings to make sure they are not hard, where you can not eat them

3. Make sure you get what you want, they acted like they was working on commission and they got a percentage of...
