Hate being one to complain, but I was seen here by Vanessa and all I wanted was blonde. She suggested highlights so I agreed. I was already a highlighted blonde so it seemed like a good call. After I was done the first time, she said it didn’t turn out how she wanted and asked for me to come back in to touch up some spots. Came back within 2 weeks (Christmas week, so I had to wait due to being busy). Went back for the 2nd time and she decided to completely bleach my roots. Didn’t make sense to me since it was a highlight but I am no hair professional so I trusted the process. After toning twice she still seemed unsatisfied. I went back for a 3rd time and she weaved even more bleach in my already half yellow hair. I was not happy with the results so I have called the salon twice now with someone saying they will contact her to contact me and I’ve received nothing. Worst hair place ever!!! I called and confirmed they were opened. Then I went and signed in our their walk in sheet and waited for over 45 minuets. Then someone finally asked if I needed help after they stood around talking with each other the whole time. I let them know I had been there a while waiting and they proceeded to tell me that they all (4 of them) had appointments in about 20 minuets and couldn't cut my hair. Worst customer...

My experience here was great Alexis is an Amazing owner and operator of this location, she also has a large staff of other great things to offer like a wonderful one stop shop! The shop is located in a nice area where you can also do a few other things which is great and helpful for your day 😀

Overall a great experience and if your about the Rainbow hair dye or just getting a few touch ups she definitely the lady to see...
