I purchased a new mower from this store in January and it fell apart a couple of weeks later. I returned the mower for repairs and haven't seen it nor have I gotten a phone call with updates since. I've been up there asking about my mower and get nothing but lies. Long story short they have problems with huskavarna so my mower hasn't been touched and I'm out 450 dollars and can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone. I've been here a handful of times and everytime I walk through the doors there is always a friendly welcome and oddly a store assistant with a big smile, and kind words chaperone's me till my supply order has been filled... this is definitely a store that saves you time b/c they are so helpful and the bonus part is that they all appear to love their jobs ... i never thought I'd be saying this, but girl power, it's a beautiful thing, and I like it :) I say that primarily bc I've only seen females...
