Taqueria Mi Lindo Apatzingan — Restaurant in California

I used to really love this place and I would rave about it normally, but my beef super nachos tonight had big chunks of jalapenos. they have never had jalapenos in them before and I don't eat jalapenos. when I called and I complained and they said" we always have jalapenos in our food it's just chopped really fine " and I said no you guys don't,I can't eat jalapenos and there's never been jalapenos in my food.She keeps insisting that all of the pico de gallo has jalapenos in it we went round and round and round I insisted no she insisted yes. so instead of making it right , or saying she was sorry ,she wanted to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong and there's always jalapenos in the pico de gallo. so I just told her I'm not doing business here ever again and I hung up on her. Which I admit I was pretty rude to hang out but by this point I was pretty upset We were even told by other employees that they don't use jalapenos. I've been coming here for years and there has never been freaking jalapenos in the food and she just basically lost a loyal customer wanting to argue instead of offering to make it right or at least saying they were sorry that there was jalapenos when I wasn't...

I would leave zero stars if I could this place is absolutely the worst. I’m from Rio Linda and I support small business but these people are from the twilight zone their services is bad. Their food is bad and their prices are absolutely above what they deserve. You figure if you give me a bowl of Menudo And one beer for $40 I could get good service and good food but that’s not the case I hate leaving bad reviews for mom pop businesses, but this place is absolutely no good. Do not waste your time or your money. their services is bad. They have attitudes and a weird dude looking at you the whole time he’s cooking. I absolutely thought the food was going to be great considering the horrible service , that they stood on their food, but that’s not the case. Do not waste your time or money here. I wish they had a zero star option. That’s what I would leave this place. What a waste of $40 for garbage food...

Ive drove past this place many times and my guy just took me here. I can't believe i habe been missing out. The corn tortillas are homemade! And very delicious! I couldn't eat them all, they are very filling! The only bad thing is i like hominey in my menudo. But i wont give any less points for that because everyone cooks different. Besides it was delicious either way. My guy ordered the Chile verde, and i had to try of course because he has no taste buds and will say anything is good lol! But it was hands down the most tender and flavorful Chile verde ive tried so far. You can tell when places make it with sauce from a jar or can but this flavor was all handmade. Go see them.
