Rachel has been doing my nails for almost a year. I'm really particular, and I always send her a pic in advance so she can think about it. Sometimes I want it exactly like the photo, and sometimes I just want the overall tone. She's always spot on, whether she's replicating the design or coming up with her own interpretation. She has decals but I don't like that, so she free-hands my designs (which means no one else is going to have my exact design), and they're always perfect. I've been to other salons in the past where I got either great technical application or art, but never both. Passion takes walk-ins, but they never rush my appointment to squeeze someone in. There are plenty of techs for mani's or pedi's for that not to be an issue anyway. But at other salons where I've been reasonably satisfied with the work, this practice was enough to make me look for another salon. I hate when they rush my appointment and I have to go home and sand rough edges or pick extra material from under/around the nails. I expect to be treated better. I schedule every two weeks in advance, tip well, and am willing to pay a premium (although Rachel charges less than I think I've ever paid elsewhere). This place did an amazing job and the owner and her husband are so amazingly nice. I'm from out of town and my friend had tried this place before. My friends dropped me off 45 minutes before they closed. The owner still accepted me and did my nails while taking her time. I was her last customer. While she was doing my nails, she had asked if my friends were coming back to pick me up, I told her I was going to uber to where my friends were. After she was all done with my nails and I thanked her, I went outside to wait for my uber. Her husband had come outside with me to make sure I wasn't alone and watched me get into my uber, this was still in the daylight saving time so it was dark already. He even asked me to make sure it was the correct car and everything. I was so surprised, he felt like a father figure at that moment for me, trying to make sure I was safe. This Place Is Such A Treasure, I Am So Thankful I Found It! My Daughter And I Came Here For Our First Time, Close To Closing, And As A Walk-In! They Greeted Us With Open Arms, And Were Happy To Help. One Lady Got Her Set Right Up For A Manicure, While Ushering Me Over To My Pedicure. My Daughter’s Manicure Was Done Beautifully, It Looked So Pretty, Just A Shiny Clear Polish Set It Off! She Was Very Happy With Her Nail Specialist! I Was Absolutely Blessed To Get A Nail Expert, Named RICKY. I Swear He Has Magic In His Touch. He Gave Me The G.O.A.T Of Pedicures! I Was Relaxed, And Treated So Special, He Washed And Cut And Cleaned My Toes With So Much Care And Attention! He Knew My Color By Just The Number “Hot Pink” And Painted Them So Elegantly! Then He Gave Me This Outstanding Massage With Lotion That Sent Me Flying So High! RICKY IS THE MAN, Thank You Ricky For Giving My Feet Charm And Personality!
