I can't say enough about Profesional Auto Stereo. Adam is a stand-up guy. Just to be upfront, this location has only been open for about 6 months. But they have a shop out of town that's been in business for over 15 years. I purchased a used vehicle that had audio issues, I was going to take it on myself, but work picked up, and I had zero time to troubleshoot it. I contacted several local longtime, well-known car audio shops that didn't even want to help a paying customer resolve my issue. It's probably because I had a few of my own components I wished to use. I contacted Adam via email and explained what I wanted to do, and he quoted me a reasonable price for labor and gave me a few options.

The sound of my system now meets all of my expectations. It sounds awesome.

We took my wife's car here to and outfitted her car with all Alpine speakers and a sub. She's a happy girl. I'll be returning for some tweaks and a new alarm this year. On a side note, my Alpine stereo has an obd2 monitor. The other shops said they didn't know anything about that. Very pleased with the work Adam has done with my car! I had gone without sound in my car for around a year. Originally fixing the problem myself the sound went out again. I had gotten quotes from numerous sound shop who had seemed to only try to replace the problem rather than fixing it. I was losing sleep and was stressed trying to diagnose what was wrong. The moment I had Adam check out my car I knew that he would be able to fix it. He seemed to have an expertise on this and was able to figure it out in a couple minutes. He gave me a quote which was around half of other places I had been to. After doing the work in my car I was content with the results and the initial cost of him checking my speakers was used as credit towards fixing the car! When fixed I was running late to the shop from work and he waited for me passed closing. This was nice of him as I live around 30 mins away and traffic is bad. Amazing customer service. I will be coming back when needed....

I have had a fruitful and fulfilling A/V update experience at the Sacramento location of Professional Auto Stereo. Adam has been super helpful, and the workmanship is stellar.

He set up my 2010 Mazda with Alpine head unit, DVR dashcam, and rear camera. I am pleased with the equipment, and with the installation and follow up.

Adam has treated me like a valued customer from the moment that I walked into the shop. He has engaged in deep conversation about my goals for the car setup, and followed my lead while also recommending solutions based on his extensive experience. For any questions I have had that he has not immediately known the answer to, he has done research to find information.
