Agave Restaurant — Restaurant in Sacramento

Unbelievably good food! Of all the Mexican restaurants I've gone to in the greater Sacramento area, this is my personal favorite. The husband and wife who own and operate are the nicest people you'll meet. My favorite things on their menu are the two enchilada plate. Every time I order, it is piping hot with melting cheese and fresh chicken. So good! My second favorite is the Chimichanga. This thing is so large that I typically have to take the rest home (the picture on the menu doesn't do the size justice). The restaurant is clean, and I like the Salvadorian decorations (sometimes after work I get to enjoy a Spanish soap opera they're playing on the TV although I don't understand the language :) ). The food was horrible. The chips and salsa bar was bad. The chips were hard and the salsa tasted like it came out of a can. The burrito I order for my boyfriend he said the tortilla was hard and the Asda frys were greasy and tasted off. My daughter got something out of there gumball machine and the candy had this werid spots that looked like mold. When I order my food the guy rang up my total and then used a calculator. His cash register said $20 something then he says a different price $22 and the final cost was $23. I will not be going back to...
