Extremely disappointed! All the electrical outlets are covered up to discourage people staying g and meeting people. This is one of the points of having internet and seating and meeting someone for coffee. I'm not planning on spending all day at starbuck, but had planned a meeting for a short 50 min and my laptop is dead. Had planned on charging my devices while meeting. YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME TAKING UP A SEAT! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

I work in the field and stop at every Starbucks In Nor Cal to grab some food a coffee, sit down and check my emails and work a few min while charging my devices. I have an inverter and sit in my truck.... now i will start looking for a new coffee stop. Trust me, there are tons of options these days! Yes.. I'm disappointed! And guess what its lunch time and the place is empty. Shut the doors and just be a drive...

I try to overlook that but when I stood at the register for more than 10 seconds (and I was the only one in line) and noticed that I was just getting looks, it was obvious that this was flat-out poor customer service. One barista literally walked in front me and just looked and then looked away.. it was weird. Finally, a batista acknowledged me and asked (very rudely) if I had been helped, I shook my head no. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I wanted so I just walked out. My order was ready, but not at the mobile order window. I had had to put a lot of effort in to getting someone to acknowledge me and get my order. There was another customer that was there before me, who was also patiently waiting for his order. They didnāt bring his order out until after I asked for mine. A customer came in after me and the employees spoke harsh to her and she did absolutely nothing to warrant the employees rudeness.
