Food Junction — Restaurant in Sacramento

The first time I came here it was about two years ago and I had a burger that I remember was great. I’m not sure why I haven’t came back. Anyways I was in the area and was hungry and then I thought to myself oh wait the food junction is nearby. I came in around 9 o’clock, and there was just one other person in there. This was good due to the parking situation here they are limited in the amount of parking spaces they have. Anyways, I walked in and was greeted by the woman at the front counter, I took a quick glance at the menu and the breakfast special combo caught my eye, but I wasn’t craving pancakes so I ended up getting the number two which is two eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and toast. I also got a coffee on the side. The prices did go up a bit since the last time I’ve came, but not anything horrible.This place still has amazing prices compared to other diners. They have six tables inside and also some tables outside as well. Apart from their normal breakfast, they also have a variety of cold sandwiches and hot sandwiches. They also have burgers and beer! The food was great warm and everything tasted fresh. I think I’ll be coming...

Just ate here with my folks... I have absolutely no Idea who gave this place 5 stars but I would say to lay off the drugs. This was the worse service I've ever seen. On top of the waitress having no personality. She tells my father she will bring him his coffee; instead proceeds to wipe down other tables and ignore him completely. For the record, they were not busy at the time! I had to get it for him. We literally only saw her 2x after ordering! When she brought our food, my father than asked her for more coffee and I asked for ice. She brought it, but never asked us how are food was, nor ever came back to check on us for the duration of the time we were there.

Furthermore, the food wasn't even good. Biscuits and gravy were very generic and tasted like they were canned, French toast was overcooked and on wheat bread, and bacon was burnt.

The ONLY reason I gave this 2 stars was because it was pretty cheap. I will gladly pay more for better...

I decided to come to food junction based on the good reviews left about their omelets, however when i came in at 8:00 this morning looking forward to a diner style omelet i was presented with a pastrami sandwich and fries. I didn't touch the food except to bring it back to the counter and hopes we could fix the situation. The cashier who took thenorder came from the back and i happily said "I ordered the omelet." , and he started shaking his head in disagreement saying "no, no, no, you ordered the pastrami." I said "um no i dont even eat pastrami." He said "yes, you do because you ordered it." At this point i was in disbelief that he wanted to argue about it and call me a liar. I started to elevate my voice saying "i came in for an omelet! I saw reviews complementing your omelets!?" He then started issuing my refund and muttering under his voice other rude and inappropriate comments. Will never come here and suggest to friends 20,0000...
