Overall, I will the customer service is quite lacking at this location. But in a short summary, not one employee greeted me with a smile. Most were engaged in conversation with another co worker, and clearly were bothered when they would have to stop talking, look to you (the customer) and say, "$17.48" my favorite was after standing in like for maybe 4-5 minutes (not terrible, thats why you to the theater early) except this was mid-movie, i reach the counter and the employee walks away. Took another approx. 2 minutes after SEVERAL employees walked back & forth for one to ask "did u need something?" I laughed a but sarcastically saying, "um yess i was hoping to get something to drink" the employee then responded with, "well, I think he went on break" I've never experienced anything like that. Let alone how it was handled had me thinking, "this HAS got to be a prank"...I stayed quiet & moved to Another line. I recently, moved to the area and this theater is the nearest regal to my house; but it will surely be my last visit. Several other theaters close to my house that I will be choosing to visit instead. What's really odd is, looking at reviews on Yelp, it shows that there are many who agree that the customer service at this location is sub par at best and incredibly Slow!! We frequent movie theaters in this area all the time. We always enjoy our family time out. This had to be the worst experience you can ever have! 3 people to take one order?? One guy started taking an order another girl finished our order. It took 30 minutes standing at the counter to get our entire order filled the unprofessional and rudeness of the girl that was taking care of us was unacceptable. She acted like she hated her job. We were served a cold green hotdog and a pretzel as hard as a rock when we complained we were told there was nothing wrong with the items. A third person came to help. A manager named Jacob and we explained the situation he Told us he was not interested in hearing what our concerns were he just need to know if we had all our order and he was just here to finish our order. His attitude was so unprofessional and extremely unaccommodating to our concerns. I spent $100 on snacks for our family and $94 for tickets. This is a $200 experience. They completely ignored us, but we managed to find our seats. Then, a family of Hispanic women comes up to us drunk, starting a fight over the seats (keep in mind the seats were more than half empty, there was literally somewhere to sit everywhere)! When we were about to get up, the ladies pushed and assaulted my mother, grandma, uncle and poured booze all over us! Staff were hesitant to de-escalate the situation too! When we were getting ready to leave the theater, one of their family members comes rolling into the theater and smacks my uncle and knocks me to the ground! In front of families and children in the front lobby! Even worse were GROWN ADULTS clapping and cheering on the assault! When police finally got there, the guy ran off and the theater management denied all wrongdoing! EVEN WHEN THEY COULD'VE MADE SURE THE SITUATION WAS AVOIDED IN THE FIRST PLACE!
