Ariana Gyros & Kabobs — Restaurant in Sacramento

So today my family and i ended up at this resturant after enjoying a Movie in the theaters across the way and we end up ordering 2 nachos 1chicken 1beef and a beef lamb gyro estra spicy, a double cheese burger with fries, a chicken sandwich meal, 2 chicken nuggets meal and a extra spicy gyro bowl. Now all the food was fine except the wait time was long and what was suppost to be spicy was not spicy at all but only more salty. Also we bought drinks for everyone because 4 meals came without them and 3 of the meals were kids meal and they give the kids a Hi-c juice box wich was gone before we even got served with our food. Okay so this is what really messed up our meals, we got our cups and we tried to add ice and the ice wouldn't dispense so we ask cashier If she could help us and she goes to check the top of the soda dispenser to see if there was ice and she said " Oh its out, let me ask",she goes to the kitchen wich is fully visible and asked one of the guys who are back there about the ice and he glances at us and tells her something, she then comes back and tells us its broken,now let me say this there is a ICE MAKER right next to the soda machine wich i didn't see until after the next part of the story. So we take our warm soda and go sit down and eat our food and then one of the customers who is fluint in the language the men spoke in the back went to the counter and asked them something they replied to him and he then opened the ICE MAKER scoped up ice with hes cup and added hes choice of soda, i was shocked but i didn't say anything i dont like to argue or make a scene even tho i spend all this money on the food and warm drinks & i didnt get treated equally but what ever its cool, lessoned learned for sure, i will not be returning here.

Longer wait time and bad customer service. No one would come to you to take your order. We were two families placed our order at the same time and sat together. My friend got his order in 40 minutes. I was supposed to be next, but my order was served after 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was very frustrated my kids were frustrated too sitting for more than 1 hour. I asked them about my order and the waiter said just wait for 5 minutes. After waiting for so long time i went to the cashier to cancel my order because my kids were crying a lot, we waited for 15 minutes. I asked them again and the answer was 5 more minutes. When the waiter brought me the food i asked him that was a very bad experience waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes, this rude waiter replied with "Don't eat it". I was like what? Instead of apologizing for your bad customer service you are asking me not to eat it. The owner of this place better focus on...

I’m giving this place 1 star because nothing about our experience was good.

We called an hour ahead and placed an order for three green onion (or leek) bolani and one potato bolani. They confirmed the order. Then, 20 minutes before we arrived, we called again to remind them and let them know we were on our way.

After driving an hour to get there, we were given four potato bolani instead. When I pointed out the mistake and explained what we actually ordered, the worker simply said, “We don’t do that. This is what it is.” No apology, no offer to correct the order.

We felt stuck because we had already made the long drive. On top of that, the restaurant was freezing cold — the heater wasn’t on, there was no water, salt, or pepper on the table, and the place was not very clean.

Overall, it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I wouldn’t recommend this...
