STAY AWAY from this place. I enjoyed my purchasing experience with a friendly salesman and appeared to get a good deal on a nice piece of furniture. However the experience went south when it turned out to be defective, the customer service is very poor. I asked within the first month or two to return the couch, due to multiple defects, something that would be a standard return pretty much anywhere. I was told that no products could be returned anymore due to covid, whatever the issue is.

I have been waiting 8-10 months for a replacement piece of the sectional, with no followup from the store, I call periodically to check and am told to keep waiting. Finally I submitted a BBB complaint, I was told that I waited 4-5 months to bring up my issue (not true) and that I "must have done something to furniture (100% did not, it fell apart on its own), this issue wouldn't happen otherwise. No sense of doing what's the right for the customer, just waiting indefinitely. He says "I am losing money on long shipment times due to shipping delays, you need to wait", and that I didn't buy insurance (that wasn't offered to me). I'm a patient person and have no problem waiting, but I am appalled at the customer service here, will never shop here again. Hopefully I can get my money back and go...

I spent two days here going through book after book after book to choose my homes furniture. All Ashley brand stuff and very nice IN THE BOOK. I paid 7000 up front for my bed, mattress, coffee table ,dining set and couch. What arrived and was set up in my home was all chinese knock off bullshit. After going back to him and asking what the deal was he pointed out on the invoice (TERRIBLE handwriting) "Ashley style" was written before each item. Its all Ashley style furniture. The ol bait and switch. I kindly asked to return it all and refund my money. HE ACTUALLY LAUGHED! He told me Id have to pay 200 dollars per item to have them returned for "restocking fee". A total of 1800 dollars to return it all. I then agreed to this absurd fee and he wanted it UPFRONT! He wanted me to pay an additional 1800 dollars before he would refund me instead of just taking it out of my refund of 7000. "store policy" I didnt have the money since I had spent my entire tax refund here trying to make my new home a nice place to move into. This store was the worst mistake of my life. Save yourself the trouble and go...

I wish there was an option to put less than one star for this shop owner ! I ordered two beds; mattress together with bedside tables and I selected the same color for both... I got two different color beds with missing tea tables. ...i went to owner and he told me that the tea tables will get to me after a week; however, I have to come and pick them up while I already paid for transportation... After a week..i sent someone and he gave only two tea side tables for one bed...the owner said come for the other ones next week.. as I was fed up of back and forth...I did not return those ones...but i really could not use them for my bed...I will to pay more somwhere else but won't recommend any one to make business with...
