The food actually being good is a bonus and a great example of a successful catering business reinventing an aspect of their business model and applying their skills. We took out two salads, a tossed green with the house vinaigrette which was rich, herbaceous and tangy, and a Ceasar with the anchovies option. Both had fresh crisp greens, interesting additions and light herded croutons. The pizza was unique. The crust is thin but solid. The crust actually has a depth of flavor, something that California pizza places often lack. The sauce is rich and delicious, without that awful tart/acidic flavor one would get from using canned sauce and/or canned tomato paste.
