Worth every penny! From the service to the food. I travel all over the Sacramento Valley for work. So I taste lots of local food. I rate on service ✅ Is my order completely filled ✅ Was the food hot ✅ Did I get all of my condiments ✅ And can they package a takeout order that won’t spill in travel ✅ Don’t mistake this place is killin it on taste! The pie was 💣 with so many toppings, the lasagna with fresh pasta was the perfect add to the pie. And the 🍋 square was freaking decadent as ever. All of the dishes giving me a new experience on the same comfort foods we eat on a Friday night! The ratio of all ingredients to every dishes added to this balanced blend of non stop eating. A foodies pizza based upon my experience tonight. I am admittedly biased as I live in a nearby neighborhood and want the food to be good. The food actually being good is a bonus and a great example of a successful catering business reinventing an aspect of their business model and applying their skills. We took out two salads, a tossed green with the house vinaigrette which was rich, herbaceous and tangy, and a Ceasar with the anchovies option. Both had fresh crisp greens, interesting additions and light herded croutons. The pizza was unique. The crust is thin but solid. Somewhat crisp on the edges, soft yet cooked in the center; California meet Napoli. The topping combo should have been too rich yet wasn't. The sauce needs to be experienced in order...

Let me preface this by saying that I am an East Coast transplant, and we're kind of the authority on good pizza ;P That said, this place is phenomenal! The crust actually has a depth of flavor, something that California pizza places often lack. The sauce is rich and delicious, without that awful tart/acidic flavor one would get from using canned sauce and/or canned tomato paste. The pizza itself has plenty of cheese but isn't greasy at all - a feat in itself! The toppings are fresh and seem to be scratch made, from the sausage to the pepperoni to the chicken.
