IT TOOK ALMOST 10 MIN TO GET WAITED ON. THEN AFTER 20MIN OF WAITING WE GET TOLD ALL THERE WAS, IS BREASTS N WINGS WHEN WE ORDERED ALL DARK MEAT! WE DIDNT FINALLY GET OUR FOOD TILL WELL OVER 30 MIN. AND IT COST ALMOST $35.00 FOR 8PIECES OF CHICKEN, 1LRG MASH POTATOES, 1LRG MAC N CHEESE, 1LRG COLE SLAW, N AND 6 BISCUITS!!! THE SIDES R ONLY ENUF FOR 2 PEOPLE!!!! 'YET THERE WERE 3 OF US. N THEY CLAIM ITS ENUF GOT A FAMILY OF 4!!!ALSO THE PLACE WAS NOT ONLY MESSY WITH ITS UNCLEAN TABLES BUT IT WAS LITERALLY DIRTY!!! N THE STAFF WAS GETTING VERBAL COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER GUESTS YET THEY STILL ACTED LIKE THEY WERE IN NO HURRY AT ALL!!!THE WHOLE SITUATION TOOK MY AUNTS ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK SO WE DIDNT EVEN GET TO SIT N VISIT WHILE WE ATE. WE WERE SO IRRITAITED N CONCERNED ABOUT HOW LONG IT WAS TAKING N IF WED EVEN GET OUR FOOD B4 LITERALLY MAKING HER LATE GETTING BACK TO WORK! IT WAS BY FAR THE WORST FAST FOOD OUTING IN YRS!!!!! AVOID KFC IN DEL PASO HEIGHTS ON DEL PASO BLVD NEAR THE ARDEN DELPASO LITERAIL!!!!! HONESTLY WE SHOULD GET A GIFT CARD FOR $40.00 FOR OUR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I was racialy discriminated there I watch them help two other customers in front of me and then they ignored me when I stepped forward and every time they walked out to the register they looked down and ignored me standing in front of the register I was prepared to order 50.00 of food to feed my toddler and his grandparents and take home some to my husband we are a military family and never expected this kind of disrespectful service from the Latino workforce at that establishment. The customer service doesn't deserve any 🌟 's the health department would red flag them the floors alone are black yet the tiles are or should be orange color. Avoid this place it should be closed to health code violations and they need new employees or management is not doing there job. The owner must be a slum lord that has no clue how to run a healthy fast...

We wont be going back to this place the first time we went they didn't have chicken! The cook hadn't shown up and apparently the manager doesn't believe in cross training the next time we went the computer wasnt working in the drive through so I had to walk in then they dont sell grilled and they were out of original-get a clue if its popular or you're running out start making it-so the girl took my order and then walked off- for ten minutes I saw her cooking un the back then she had to bring supplies out if the back to the front just to complete my order while I was waiting another customer came back to get a spark it wasnt included with his meal guess what when I go to the car they hadn't given me any either so I had to walk back in and get a utensil then had to ask for another one again as I had paid for two meals this place needs...
