3 of us traveled 45 mins to go to this store. We were so excited! The clothes were awesome BUT the sales girls were terrible! Not once did they check on us to see if we needed different sizes when in dressing room. I should add that 2 of us were handicapped. While there for over an hr 2 of us that take medication that makes us pee a lot needed to use restroom. The restroom was conveniently located in the dressing room area. I asked the attendant that was putting away stock and not paying any attention to any of us if we could use the restroom. She said no it is out of order. I said how can it be out of order don’t you girls have to use the bathroom to? She said oh we have another bathroom in the back that we use. I said so where are we supposed to go while we’re here trying on clothes. We would have to get back in our car with our walkers and travel across the road to the nearest Walmart to use a bathroom! Tell me how does that possibly make sense? We are paying customers in a small store trying on hundreds of dollars of clothes. I was so disgusted I told my sisters well if we have to pack up and leave we might as well just not come back. Therefore they will lose several hundred dollars in sales. They were rude they ignored us while putting out stock instead of paying attention to their customers! I have personally worked in retail and I would never have ignored a customer when they were in my store. We were there to help assist them for different sizes take it to them in the dressing room so they wouldn’t have to get dressed just to come out and get a different size. What happened to customer service! I will never go back to that Saginaw store again! I give it 2 stars only because I really loved the clothes that they had in there to offer...

My 80 year old Mother and my sister went shopping here to find clothes to wear to an upcoming family wedding. My Mother is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Always tries to find the good in people. She was so disappointed in the sales woman there that waited on her. According to my mother she was rude and snotty to my Mom. When Mom wanted to show my sister an outfit she had on to get her opinion the fitting room door locked behind her. She politely told the sales woman what happened and the sales lady unlocked it and with a sneer on her face said "the first one is free, other stores don't even let you try stuff on." Customer service will never be the same! I would have given them a four but I asked one of the CSR to hand me the product I was going to purchase she said wait a minute. She was standing right next to it, no one was at the counter but me then a lady walked in front of me and the CSR said swipe your card. I walked around the side and reached for it myself. Then when I was getting ready to check out I was waiting for about five minutes that's ok, she called the other CSR to check me out. I was happy because the other young lady was pleasant.
