Very disappointed in my experience at this location. Not sure what is going on with this biggby but they are going down hill. I stopped in the evening on May 17th.I ordered 4 drinks two hot and two frozen. Asked them to split my frozen drink up for some kids. The cashier didn't know how to do that without charging me for another drink. I said can you just give me some cups and I'll split it myself.She had to ask the barista for help because she didn't understand. The barista said no we can't split your drinks and we may have to charge you for the extra cups. I said you've split it before and she was like well we can't split drinks. She finally gives us a few hot drink cups to split a frozen drink. I think all the help the cashier needed made the barista make our drinks wrong. The German mochas tasted like milk and flavoring and very little espresso. The chocolate chip cookie cream freeze's defiantly didn't have a half a cookie each in them. They mainly tasted like frozen milk and very little flavoring of cookie. When you drank them they ended up turning into a slushy consistency. I have had other issues at this location since Kristiana has left I think your in need of some more talented friendlier Barista's. Your staff was so rude to us it was off putting. I used to be able to come to this location and they recognized my voice even at the drive thru and already knew my drinks by heart. Now I don't recognize any of the staff. The drinks suck and so does there attitudes. I stopped going to the bay road location because of similar issues. Not suprised to hear it's owned by the same person. The girl running the drive thru was pushy and rude and her tone came off as if I was bothering her. I was so thrown back by it that I forgot to order 2 extra shots and another drink. When I got to the window I asked about the shots and she rolled her eyes turned her head and yelled add 2 shots. At that point I didn't even bother to order the other drink. I'll just go somewhere else. While I was paying the guy and dyed red/pink haired girl were either arguing or obnoxiously talking Bout someone else. But I heard the guy scream you don't know how to do your job. This whole interaction was extremely unprofessional and I've been a biggby girl since Beaners opened on Michigan Ave. in lansing. I started in line as the 4th car back, being one car from the order booth. In about 2 min, I was at the order booth, and proceeded to wait for 7 minutes to be answered for an order (2 drinks).
Afterwards, it was an additional 6 minutes to get to the window. That's when an employee, with my order sat down next to her, confirmed my order. She then asked me to wait while she took another order. 3 minutes later I was on my way.
18 minutes for 2 drinks.
I fully understand that slow service happens, but it's not acceptable. In addition, seeing your order and then being told that you need to wait additional time so someone behind you can be serviced is infuriating. You have consistently good products, but so far very sub...
