I usually write pretty solid reviews for folks. This place is horribly incompetent. I understand understaffing and general lack of knowledge are a thing. I get that they were swarmed with closures from other pharmacies in the area. I should not have to call in every thirty days with the same issue since I've been coming here. That's years by the way. Everytime my script comes in, insurance issue with them, Call them to push it forward because it's their billing system that's causing said issue. They stumble with it for almost 12hrs - two days. It's a recurring problem. Then if it doesn't need to get worse for anyone else. You call in to see what's going on. An you're trying to be polite because it's been processing "printed" for hours. They all of a sudden get a smooth attitude with you over it. Completely glossing over the outstanding incompetence involved with the case. I record everything for this purpose. Thank God, my medication isn't life threatening. I'd most likely be dead or in the hospital.
I have twenty-two cases of this. That's outstanding in my eyes. I had this issue once with Meijers, told them how to bill it, sent over all relevant data for them. No issues with processing. Just a lack of said medication. So I'm "forced" to come here. No longer I will be pushing this forward.
Overall folks steer clear of here for your prescription needs. I'd suggest Krogers, Meijers or darn near anything...

I say to myself I will be pist if this happen to me,but today it did happen to me and I had a flash about the store incident I decide to write this review.the people who work at the pharmacy thinks they are to good to answer or talk to customers who call to ask them a question, sign of arrogance it's all over they faces.worst place if you looking to have a bad day or night simply call this Walgreens and ask to speak to the pharmacy best believe me they will make your day the best worst day you looking for.if rating had a (-00000) stars they was going to get...
Read morePharmacy is a joke. Was in the hospital doctor called in script here because it's the only 24hour pharmacy went to pick up pharmacist said it would be a few hours, a few hours? It was the middle of the night no other cars in line my doctor wanted me to have the inhaler that night so I didn't end up back in the hospital,I went home and said I'll just call and get them transferred in the morning to my pharmacy by my house because I don't live in Saginaw. So I called at 8am to have my script transferred pharmacist agreed 4 hours go by I call my pharmacy it was never called in I called Walgreens and spoke to the pharmacist again he said they can just call us to have it transferred ok would have been nice to know that morning when I called so I called my pharmacy and they said ok, 2 hours later my pharmacist calls and tells me they have called several times and we're told they transferred it when they didn't. I called Walgreens again he said your script is here ready to pick up I'm already pretty upset at this point so I drove 30 minutes away to get in the longest drive thru line I've ever seen in my life, sat in line for a hour and a half with only 6 cars ahead of me. I'm convinced the pharmacist is either dealing drugs, illiterate or just on...
