KFC — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

Terrible experience!!! I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 chicken tender meals. The man at the window tried to hand me 4 drinks with no drink carrier, he was annoyed when I asked for one. One of the drinks was incorrect, and none were filled to the same level( 1 was only 3/4). With no one in line behind me they had me pull forward to trick the timer. I waited 5 minutes for someone to bring me my food. I handed the man the incorrect drink and asked for it to be replaced. He never came back. While waiting I noticed there was no honey or barbecue sauce in the bag. After another 5 minutes I backed up to the window and was yelled at by a woman, saying that I had to move because of the timer. After pulling forward again and waiting a few more minutes, I pulled around and went inside. The same woman handed me the Dr. Pepper with ice in it(ordered with no ice). I dumped it out in the pop machine tray and tried to refill the cup. It was out, when the lady handed me 3 packs of honey and 2 barbecue sauces for 4 meals, I told her I needed more and that the Dr. Pepper was out. She grabbed the cup and said I could have told you that. She then handed me a bag with more sauces and the drink still not filled up. I left, got home and realized I didn't have any straws. ...

I miss the flavor of original KFC so I bit the bullet and opted for fast food since it was that or nothing. I received the meal fairly quickly, it was warm and tasty but I could not believe the size of the pieces. I had noticed it before but was amazed that KFC so often serves pieces so diminutive in portion. I did not have my phone to take a picture so I put one of the thighs into my now empty single portion mashed potato cup. It fell in with room to spare and closed without the lid touching it. That alone seemed amazing to me. That this little morsel could be considered a fair portion of chicken. So, I called the manager Gage and asked if there was such a thing as too small a piece of chicken to serve? He said, "No" then he explained they get charged for 16 pieces per bag and have to serve them that way. My decades in restaurant and production food service never taught me that, but apparently Gage's bosses taught him that. I believe my rating, although the food was tasty, it is only 2/5s of a full rating much like their portion. I may even one day get hungry for the taste of Original Recipe again, at least I know I can get it without really violating my diet much. This KFC is apparently only a SMALL...

BY FAR the worst KFC I've ever been to, let alone one of the worst fast food places. As badly staffed and overpriced as fast food already is, this place makes it so much harder to eat fast food. Because they always claim they run out of chicken, my wife called ahead and asked them...CALLED AHEAD TO A FAST FOOD PLACE...to make sure that this time..SURELY! they can't possibly screw it up again. They told her over the phone "yes we have extra crispy chicken." So we laughed at how bad a place has to be for us to need to call first, then she left. NOT 10 MINUTES LATER, she calls me with an incredulous tone, and says "They're out of chicken, and it will take 45 minutes to make more." What?? How does KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN run out of chicken???!! If this place were on fire, and I got paid to spray it with water, I'd happily watch it burn to the ground. There's a McDonalds across the street, less than 50' away, and if they paved this KFC and turned it into another McDonalds, that would be better than continuing to let this place exist. It's a straight up blight...
