I hate being this person but I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Over the last 9 months I’ve been here multiple times and have always had a problem. It’s my fault for coming back and expecting anything different. I myself am a manager of a fast food restaurant and understand how hard it can be, especially on night shift. But I’m always stuck in the drivethru for at least of 20 minutes and the food is never fresh. They take and make orders 1 at a time and they don’t take the next order until they hand out the first one. I understand trying to make good times, but that is a little ridiculous. If I was getting fresh food I wouldn’t be upset about the wait, but it’s not fresh. It is very clearly past its hold time. The attitude of the employees is almost always negative and full of attitude. Tonight was not the case in that aspect. But, I waited in line for 20 minutes to be asked to hold when I got to the speaker and waited another 10 minutes on top of that before I ended up having to just leave because I have to open my own store in the morning and I wasn’t expecting to wait 30 minutes and still not get my food. Read moreThis wasn't the worst BK experience I've had by any means, but definitely wasn't amongst the best either. Overall, I'd suggest that the workers on duty when I visited pay more attention so they can ensure profitability and a returning customer base. Our order was incorrect they gave me 2 single burgers instead of 2 double burgers, not a huge deal alone, but I did end up having to remind them to charge me for my second medium soda (they did get my request correct, just rang me up for 1 soda instead of 2), but in addition, the burgers had stale buns and were served to us room temperature at best (we ate in the parking lot so they didn't cool down on the way home or anything). The fries were equally as old and awful. I get it, and I totally don't expect perfection every time at fast food, just that I haven't had a BK in months and I was so disappointed when I got this one today. Oh well, we'll hope for better luck next time! ...and thanks to all of the food industry workers out there, for real, people like me who can't cook would be eating hot pockets and frozen pizzas every night if it wasn't...
Read moreI put in an order that came to about $40 for delivery. When it came, I was missing damn near everything from the order. I ordered through the burger king app. When I called,I was told that my food was in the bag when it left but the bag was unopened when I got it. The worker said the only way I was getting it was to pick it up or get a delivery driver to go back up there to get it. I ordered delivery to avoid taking my newborn into the rain, and how the hell am I supposed to get their delivery to make another trip? Then the worker basically told me since I couldn't, to deal with it and message the bot that won't do shit for 24-48 hours. It's been forever since I've ordered from here, I don't think I ever will again. The customer service is terribly lacking and the help for something that was their fault is non-existent.
Corporate or whomever got back to me to offer a $15 coupon. I asked for a refund. Then they offered me a $20 coupon. I explained that I wanted a refund because I did not plan to frequent their establishment in any foreseeable future and they never replied. I'm so...
