THIS PLACE SUCKS for repairs. I suggest that with how poorly they did 5+ times. Anyone go somewhere else and purchase brand new equipment instead of getting it fixed. 1 up games has me BELIEVE ps4 controllers can NOT be fixed or repaired, they failed three times each to fix 2 regular SONY brand controllers each time still having drift and paying for another job three more times. I was giving the pair along with my console to my son because I had just gotten a ps5. THEN they were supposed to replace the ps4 pro disk drive & do a data transfer, and when I came back they JUST cleaned it. THEY told me it was only five more dollars to replace the entire disk drive, when that is the explicit instructions I left them with. All to save THEM 5.00? The controllers were put on eBay and pro console caused headaches for YEARS. Do not get me started on the aliens stuffed animal and the Assasins Creed games . ....
