Big River BBQ — Local services in Saint Clair

BRB catered my daughter’s birthday party. Nothing is cooler than having a revamped ambulance pulling a smoker rolling into your driveway to make your guests “ohh and ahhh” and drool. 40 people total and 1/4 of those were Texans (family up visiting) and everyone was blown away by the BBQ but also the delicious sides.

There wasn’t anything that was not a win: the pulled pork stole the show with the chicken in a solid second place (it had a beautiful smoke ring on it). Sides included the broccoli salad (super yum and my 3 year old nephew’s very favorite), cheesy potatoes, Mexican street corn, pasta salad with crunchy veggies and everyone’s favorite the penne pasta (even picky kids loved it once you talked them into ignoring the “green stuff”)

My wife and I chose Big River BBQ as the catering vendor for our wedding. Our big day featured a good amount of vegan/vegetarian guests, along with a ton of meat eaters. Big River was able to accommodate both groups with unbelievably delicious options, and service with a smile. We still have guests from the wedding raving about the food almost a month later! The staff worked with my wife and I leading up to the wedding the whole way, managing the menu, getting food costs, and nailing down logistics so on the day we didn't have to worry at all.

I stumbled upon this place after getting my hair done in the eddy center and i was glad i did !!!!! First of all the owner is a very nice man! I arrived a little early but not once did he say anything about it he said he was gonna take care of me anyways i wasnt to early but it was before they opened let me just say everything was 10/10 the portion size were very generously sized and the pulled pork has such an amazing flavor it was so tender and good i live all the way in port huron and do not hesitate to make a pickup order anytime i feel like treating myself to some...
