Cosy House — Local services in Saint George

I went into cozy with my wife and my mother and we had intentions on decorating our huge hallway we went in there And found several items that my wife wanted to purchase total was gonna be around $12,000 however we were in the store for 30 minutes no one ever greeted us the 2 ladies were helping 1 person with a vase and what to put in it no one ever said Hi how are you today no one tried to help us other customers were wandering around the store no one ever tried to help them this business has has great furniture but they don't know customer service I called them when I left and advised that we were ready to spend money they were very happy to hear that but then I told them we were gonna go somewhere else because we didn't get any sort of greeting I was told oh we're sorry we'll do better next time! Be aware stay away they don't care...

This is THE cutest, best store in St. George! And honestly, I never write reviews. Stop whatever you are doing and drive there just to smell the candles and the yummy room spray. And then you will thank me! The owner, Nancy, made us feel like old friends. She was so helpful giving us ideas and brainstorming different options all with zero pressure to buy. It was the best, most genuine customer service. You can tell she takes pride in the products she selects for the store and is excited to share her favorite things with customers. I stumbled upon this store last year and it has become my favorite store I’ve ever been to. Every time I come I am so inspired and in love with everything. The owner is so genuine and kind and she is that way every time I’ve ever been in. Every piece in the store is beautiful and you can find the most beautiful treasures in every budget. There’s not one thing I don’t like in her store. There is nothing in there that isn’t classic and timeless and Cosy! I never go to St. George without stopping here and I tell all my friends and family about this store and they fall in love with it too. YOU WILL LOVE THIS STORE!!!
