Their chili verde omelet is incredible! It was on special, I was hesitant to try it because American cafes with Mexican dishes aren’t always a good experience and I’m incredibly picky about what I eat however, I was convinced after talking with the chef Antonio and learning what’s inside. Honestly, the freshest, cleanest and tastiest Mexican omelet!! Plus, it came with a generous side of yummy hash browns. My hubs had the chicken fried steak with eggs and hash browns, he loved it. I also had a drink which the owner Jessica made called the sparkler which was refreshing, delicious and pretty :) . Antonio let us know to check their website for their specials since they change. They’re open every day 7 am - 3 pm The staff is attentive, friendly and helpful, the location and parking is convenient and the restaurant is well maintained and very clean. We love supporting local businesses. This was our first visit, I’m so glad we live in the area, we’ll be coming back often.

Update: Oct 17, 2024, I’ve been back twice and had a much better experience. Importing note is that the Drive Thru window does work! This is much better idea for just getting a drink, when others are in line for food order. I’ve experienced great service and great coffee. My first review follows, I still hate counter service places that ask for tip. Grrr. — I just walked out. Stood behind a single couple ordering for 10 minutes. I absolutely despise this idiotic counter service restaurant design. The people in front of me were clueless.. clearly, but the service girl maybe could have asked if I had a quick order (which I did, simple drink order) or perhaps the other service guy with the afro doing absolutely nothing but wait for a drink order could have asked me if I had a drink order. GET IT TOGETHER GUYS! Service matters!

Definitely recommend! Just had a great lunch there with the family. Had the chicken sandwich and my son had the bougie French toast. Both the sandwich and the French toast were amazing. Good flavors, chicken was tender, and the buns seemed fresh. My son said it was the best French toast he’s had. Would definitely recommend this place, great atmosphere, (love the patriotism) very clean, all the workers were super friendly. We will definitely be going back again to try the burgers. Steak fries and scones were really good as well. Give this place a try if you’re in the area, you won’t be disappointed.

Liberty Cafe looks small on the outside but it is very spacious on the inside. The atmosphere is great and the service was wonderful. We got take out and the food was amazing. Here’s a breakdown of the food: Brunch Burger: The egg had broke but that just soaked into the bottom bun. Very flavorful and perfect for those who want all the good parts of breakfast in a perfect . Pastrami Burger: Bottom bun was soggy but that was because it was in a takeout bin, flipped the bun over and it was great. Pastrami was super good and they didn’t not skimp on toppings. Juicy and they grilled the onions a little. Kids Mac & Cheese: The kids portion was really big. I was able to easily split it between my kids. It looked like Kraft Mac & cheese but it had a buttery flavor to it. I enjoyed the taste. Came with fries and a drink. Fries: The fries are like thin steak fries. I liked them and my husband loved them (he likes thin fries). Ranch was very good and homemade tasting. Blueberry Scone: this was huge and perfect. It was super soft and the icing was sweet but not too sweet. Lots of blueberry flavor. Brownie Sundae: This was the best brownie sundae I have ever had. They didn’t put the ice cream on the brownie for takeout since they didn’t want it to melt so we put it on at home. The brownie was soft and fudgey. The chocolate was not overpowering and the ice cream was amazing. They gave us so much caramel as well. I will definitely be coming back to...

I’d like to share a few reasons why Liberty Cafe is one of my favorite spots….. first off… they’re open 7 days a week! Yes….here is another option for Sunday brunch open 7-3. The breakfast is incredible! I had the French Toast crunch which had Cinnamon Toast Crunch and a maple cream cheese frosting on it that runs circles around any French toast I’ve tried here in Southern Utah, my friend had the Gluten free Oat Waffle Parfait which taste almost exactly like it sounds. Oatmeal waffle, strawberry yogurt cream, some fresh berries, and granola! This thing slaps!!! Oh soooo good! We also shared the Popeye Platter which is perfect if you’re counting macros or eating clean, it’s an amazing post workout meal. Chicken, feta, tons of spinach, tomato’s and scrambled eggs all kinda in a hash and it just goes so well together. The flavors are distinct in each of the ingredients, so even though it’s healthy, it still has great flavor. The new ownership are a friendly bunch, the work hard and want to do things right, delivering an amazing meal at an affordable price and I think it’s spot on. You get more than what you pay for here. Definitely will be a regular here with so much to choose from and the quality...

Was walking by with my dog and thought I check them out really quick and there was no sign on door saying Service dogs only. So, I was waiting patiently for 2is minutes, before Some woman who didn’t introduce herself, Mildly was rude telling me that I need to get out. I don’t know every service food law. Because I don’t work in Food service industry, so Was asking why ? The lady did answer my questions and I was thinking about walking through the drive-through, which is dangerous thing for dog owners and people to walk-through. I was out the door and out of their place when another man yelled at me it’s against the law to have dogs in restaurants as I was leaving, he was extremely rude, and extremely aggressive. the woman had already told me this in a somewhat nicer way. I left immediately and started crying Because not only was Embarrassed But also humiliated as well. So I do not recommend going to a place where they treat people like they do. They need to work on their customer service and their humility. I was upfront and honest with them about my dog being not a service animal and I could’ve lied like most people do and they would’ve had to drop it, but I didn’t and I was...
