My four sisters and I came here with our Mom to buy permanent bracelets. The shop has a really nice welcoming atmosphere. There were lots of beautiful options! The owner was sweet and professional. We loved the bracelets so much, we all ended up buying more than we planned. No regrets! The bracelets turned out beautifully. Definitely coming back!

The shop is is very beautiful inside. Deb, the owner assisted me and had a beautiful display of chains. I got 3 bracelets and an ankle bracelet in gold! I’ll be back for my jewelry. She also has rings and earrings as well. You can also get a bracelet with your birthstone in it!

I am completely thrilled with my silver Thick Engraved Bracelet! The engraving was perfectly done and it was delivered quickly! It fits just right as well! I had parts of my favorite Bible verses engraved on the bracelet and I wanted it to look like a piece of armour -- something that was difficult to find. Thank God I finally found Tom Design Shop! My husband & I were visiting to California & we purchased matching permanent bracelets. Unfortunately somehow it came off but the owners redid the process for free & now it’s on pretty good thanks to the owners husband! He was amazing & super friendly! We appreciated his time for re doing my bracelet! Now we can go back to California with our matching bracelets! Love...

I purchased a engraved bar necklace and my sons name was totally crooked , looked like a 5 year old did it then she offered me a new one at 50%. I said no way it’s your mistake. They replaced the necklace and the second one was worse. His name was all scratched up black all over and crooked again !!!!!!! Horrible !!!!! Waste of my time and my money!!!!! Totally...
