I just made my first order. I am trying to return or exhange and so far the process is not simple. There is no customer service number, and when I called the store the woman basically told me that she couldn't help me. I just have to do it all online or through email. She also told me that I probably can't return my item since it was on sale.... Which was not written clearly when I was ordering, and I even paid a "free return fee".... The dress does not follow normal sizing... Not impressed..... And now I am editing my review and adding to it.... I did as the response below says.... "Tried to go through customer service through email".... Well the experience has only got worse. To email someone who doesn't even read my problem, just to tell me to do things that won't solve my problem, and go back and forth until they say... "Call the store and see if they can help you"..... Already tried that!!! Worst Customer Service I have Ever received.... Don't trust this...

DO NOT shop online from this store. I have gotten scammed out of money. I ordered three dresses online to try on for graduation. One was see through, one had blue pencil markings on it and one was nice - it jut wasn't my style. I read the return policy before purchasing and went to return all three dresses before the date listed to get my money back (minus the purchase of a label). When I went to the return link two of the dresses were marked as final sale and couldn't be returned even though they were not marked final sale when I purchased them, and the other one was only possible to get in store credit - which isn't stated anywhere in the return policy. I tried contacting Fehrnvi twice via the messaging system on their website but no one has reached out to me. I emailed the email address and someone replied once and will not return my multiple emails again. Now the return period is up. I bought a dress online for my wife; she absolutely loved it. It was so comfortable that she intentionally wore it to bed that night. We were so happy with the dress that we decided that we'd go to a warehouse sale (we live in Utah so this was possible for us.)

We went to the next warehouse sale and it was absolutely amazing. I had more fun at that warehouse sale than I did at my last visit to Disneyland. Quicker lines, less children and more affordable clothing. There was good music, great food, lots of shopping, and an abundance of mingling between guests and the business owners.
