MyFlight Tours Mackinac — Local services in Saint Ignace

Terrible experience. Not sure how they have so many 5 stars. This was the St. Ignace location. They initially told us wrong information about the flight (that we could go two adults and two kids on one flight), which we would have not booked had we known. Once we got there we found out they double, triple, quadruple book groups of people at the same time. And then it’s a first check in basis, that they don’t keep actual track of.There was a lot of miscommunication between all the team members what was allowed or how it was supposed to be done. We were initially told it was a 15 minute flight, then 5, then 7. Then the pilot came down and said there is absolutely no visibility up there (understandable, we get that) but that we could get a “flight credit”. No thanks, we want a refund. Absolutely abysmal experience. Would not...

I'll call this rating 3 and a half stars. One: it's a once in a lifetime for many d/t the fact of the enjoyment of riding a helicopter, Two: it's a beautiful area, and Three: A knowledgeable pleasant pilot. However, if a single person wants to ride, it should not be a two person fee since there was not two people actually flying and just one. It could have been worse, but since it was a nice flight and a beautiful day, not much wind, consider the two person fee a tip since you have a sign that states "tip your pilot". The pilot was very easy going.

My flight tour was amazing. We booked online fast and easy and showed up. And with no hassle at all we were flying in less than ten minutes. The pilot is very professional and very helpful. He's a great pilot and great tour guide. My experience was amazing. This was my first time ever being in a helicopter let alone being in flight. And I really enjoyed my ride and had no worries at all. Haven is a very professional pilot. And I would recommend anyone to book a flight, and see for them selves. 5 stars forsure.
