Do not buy or sell items here. I get that they are a business and need to make a profit but this place literally takes advantage of people in hard times I took in an item worth no less then $800 USED that's how they come up with their offers for what your selling they look it up on Ebay USED and find the lowest price possible whether or not its exactly the same item meaning has all the stuff yours has, so I took it in to pawn I asked for $250 they offer me $100 I took it made payments for months then one month I forgot but called them a few days after payment was do to see what I could do but was to late they already sold it now I'm not upset about that it was my fault I'm upset at the fact that they sold it for $853 so they sold it for 7 times what they gave me not to mention the $200 I payed over the months. I have used dozens of pawn shops in multiple states but this one is by far the worst one I've ever been too. I hope the owner responds with his excuses like 2x mark up or ppl except deals what deal did they get with my item seeing as you sold it for same price someone can get it online for. The only time you give "deals" is because the item has been in your shop...

I was treated very rudely by a older woman when I came in there .. I came in with some studio equipment and she refused to look up the value of it at first. She told me what I had was cheap until she actually looked it up . Once she seen what it was worth she offered me a very cheap price when I told her I didn’t agree with the price she proceeded to ask a gentleman who worked there whom she said was in a band for the record I’m in a band.. he said none of it works without even checking it . I proceeded to ask for the manager. When she finally arrived the older woman literally whispered in her ear then said out loud “ see tell him it doesn’t work “ the manager went with her decision and asked me to leave … I’m new to this town and I find the people very lovely I also take my news job on Monday so I definitely will be making sure the whole st Joseph knows about their neighborhood pawn shop and the employees in there .. I will never go back here or recommend this high priced pawnshop to anybody I know … furthermore anyone who’s reading this it’s better to go to Walmart everything is to high...

Rude , Rude , this has to be the worst experience for me ever. Reading the reviews from here in my opinion its a daily thing with them. Entered the store to sell my gold chain ,gave it to the lady who said they have to verify it..thats all she said..disappeared to the back for several minutes comes back talks to another employee...wants to know what everyone else has offered i would not say...just asked what is your offer...was given a lowball number and I said I'm still price checking ..handed me the necklace in a wad...I laid it out on counter and immediately seen it was broken...complained and was told to just call the cops...which I did....she then offered and piece of gold that was missing...it is modern and not the same...but was told that is all I'm doing...yeah I couldn't believe it...i did take the token piece..obviously no other choice...but will not ever return...and I have done business there before...don't sell anything to these lowballers....or buy here for...
