I mean, not a good or bad review, hence the 3 stars. Called to get help with two things, one of which was kind of a long shot. Had asked if they could help package and ship some computer components for me, which they gave me advice over the phone about getting electrostatic bags which was great, but understandably they couldn’t help me with. But called in today asking if they could help repair a computer microphone, just a blue yeti mic. The USB on it is bad, the website advertises that they do usb repairs on phones and peripherals, which it shouldn’t be much different I would think, besides that you need to remove the knobs to take off the housing, instead of separating a phone. But the repair afterwards should be relatively the same.

Trying to find ways to help out a small business besides the scenario in which I just have a computer part blow out that needs replacement. But finding it hard to use this one for stuff besides if I need an actual component of a computer replaced.

Great customer service on the phones though....

Unprofessional manner.

I Called to see if they can do a simple job at our branch office. Due to my scheduling conflict I won't be able to drive back today. I've called and before even knowing what's going on they hang up the phone on me as soon they heard I'm out of town. Not even letting me finish what I was about to say. Didn't care if the issue even worth their time or not. A simple "No, I'm sorry" is more than enough for me to move on to the next business.

Terrible, terrible customer service. I found someone else that actually answers the phone with a professional tone and cares. Yes, you have the right to serve any customer and I have the right to hire the right person to allow to work in our office.

In general, I like to give small local business a chance of my business and this place just got scared away.

Took them a gaming PC that had purchased online that needed to be built and a laptop that needed updated....Took both of them on a Friday after lunch and was greeted courteously upon arrival at store. Was contacted about 2 hours later by Chris who explained to me what needed to be done on PC, price was very reasonable. Chris later contacted me to let me know that PC was finished and that I could pick up on Saturday which I did...was able to pick up laptop on Monday and it was also reasonably price for the repair.
