Burger King — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

Will Not be Back. But a contact from manager would be nice....ARBYS does call to apologize. The guy at counter was the only server...there was one cook. Server was trying to take care of drive thru as well as customers inside ..it wasn't very busy...but he was not very pleasant...also..drink counter was disgusting and food mediocre...very disappointed. Window sills full of dead bugs. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: visited again today. 5/5/22..... Went inside placed an order they had no unsweetened tea at all. And this was at 10:30 in the morning. They said they didn't even offer it. Came outside check the bag as I got in the car noticed that the double Whopper was missing and we had crunchy chicken fingers and place of it, went back inside and you could tell that the server knew we didn't get it because she handed it to me the second I walked in. No apology or anything. Asked for no lettuce on either sandwich one sandwich was full of lettuce the other one you could tell they just scraped it off but there was still about a tablespoon of lettuce left on it. I don't think I will ever go back to that location again and that is sad because I love Burger King. I haven't even been contacted about our last visit that didn't go well. On a positive note the crunchy chicken fingers that I got that I wasn't supposed to get...

This is from a local celebrity in the st joseph area on Facebook "Gonna rant for a minute, went to south belt Burger King on Sunday. Pulled in just to use the rest room. Went in and noticed there is a code on the door. No biggie Kansas city has this at several places to. I went to ask the front counter for the code. That's when the Circus started. Some kid at the front counter started to give it to me. Then he said "you're going to have to buy something" I then said ok no worries I will purchase a drink or something when I come out. He then says nope you have to buy something first. I honestly had no issue with buying something I needed to go to the bathroom pretty bad or I wouldn't have stopped. He said buy something first and I will give you the code. I got pretty up set I said this is why your place always looks closed its ridiculous! I didn't argue anymore. I just left and went to Taco Johns down the way and went in and used the rest room and then come out and bought something just to be thankful for the treatment received. I don't know what is going on but we have to do better. Kids need jobs yes but some don't deserve to even flip burgers." this was on face book from a local celebrity...

Stopped to get breakfast and I knew it wasn't lunch yet however the lunch menu was displayed. I asked if they were still serving breakfast and they said yes but wouldn't change the sign witch wasn't what got me initally it was the reply from the guy behind him who just said, "just tell him what we got." I don't know there full menu and like to know my options so I just got what my wife asked for, simple french toast sticks. As I waited for what seemed like a while, and I was the only one inside, the people working just carried on like I wasn't there cusing and just standing around with who I assumed was the manager due to the fact that she wasn't in her uniform but far better was in pajamas. And these are probably the same people who want 15 an hour but can't even dress the part. FINALLY I get my food and want to just get back in the car and on the road. Get our food out and its cold, and they forgot the one thing that completes french toast sticks....SYRUP!!!! They tasted like tater tots with a hint of cinnamon. Crap service, crap food, and very unprofessional. I know its only fast...
