An IT place that can’t even update their own website. That sentence says alot right there. Offers Free Diagnostics but when you walk in it’s no longer a thing and is an automatic $35 Diagnostics fee. The free diagnostics is why I chose to go here then they want to hold it and call you later with a total. If they can’t update their page and phish people into their place of business then why should I trust to leave my laptop with them and hope they don’t attach extra hours at probably a staggering $65 an hour to the job. Great business that has helped us over the years with achieving better internet/phone connections as well as installing a sound system for our greenhouse. Aaron is very knowledgeable and worked with us to meet challenges of getting music to play at just the right volume accommodating larger areas with our greenhouse fans and quieter areas like the gift shop and porch. Aaron and crew are amazing! I was stunned by how knowledgeable Aaron is and knew right away what my issue was after being on the phone with Windstream for 3 hours. Windstream had not a clue what the issue was with my email. While on hold I called Aaron and he knew right away how to correct the problem. Had a technician at my business to switch info from my old computer to my new one and he also was great. This company is polite, professional, reliable and very knowledgeable.
