Terrible! I called to see if they had a split queen size mattress for sale and they said they have two options, one set for $150 and another set for $170. I let the lady on the phone know I wanted the one for $150 and would be in soon. When I arrived to the filthy and dark store they had told me that they just sold the set for $150 and all the have is a set for $200! I wasn't interested in spending $200 on the set, the lady told me they would have another set for $150 in the next day but to be sure to call ahead of time so they hold it. I replied that I had just called in before I was here - and she said very rudely "well we had one when you called!" Don't waste your time on this business unless you want a mattress from a disgusting store and you like to talk to...

I bought a new Queen size Mattress from this store a week ago. I got a good price for this double sided pillow top. Let me tell you the quality of the mattress is on 💯. And I 😴 sleep 💤 well. Also the customer service is excellent. Pedro is the guy who helped me with any questions I had. Then after I purchased the Matress with matching Box Spring. Pedro helped take to the truck I arranged to pick it up. Helped load it. And gave us rope to hold it down with. All that he did “HE DIDNT HAVE TOO DO” I already paided for the mattress. And so many times when making a large purchase the customer service is horrible. But I was pleasantly surprised because the workers at this store are all so helpful. If there was a zero option I would have chosen that. My son recently purchased a mattress and within a couple days started to receive several bug bites which were confirmed to be bed bug bites by a doctor. Previous to owning this mattress there has never been a issue. He then called to express his issue to management and they were rude and commented that all sales are final and that all mattresses are brand new and that it was impossible. Well, these bugs definitely came from this mattress so please explain! I am sickened by this and something has to be done. I will be doing some calling around to see how this can be handled....
