Horrible experience - my daughters and I were there 2.5 hours today, trying to buy 2 phones with trade-ins. We were given a good price, but then there were catches, then we had to figure out how much they really cost with all the hidden expenses....then after all that, and the sales person taking many trips to the back room to "check on something," we finally had the quote in writing. As the sales person was completing our order the manager came to us and said that their computers were "acting stupid" and we would not get the price we had been quoted in writing and discussing for the last 2+ hours. He suggested that I could pay the higher price and then work with a Customer Loyalty Specialist online and get refunded sometime in the next few months. Yeah, right. We walked out, went to another Verizon Store and they were able to give us the original deal we had been promised in St. Paul, with none of the hidden costs that St. Paul had tried to sell us. Seriously. Avoid this store unless you enjoy banging your head against the wall, paying more than you were promised, or walking out...

I asked again if the phone is in stock so we don't waste our time waiting. He replied with yes we do but it's better if you order online because you get options of different colors and if you order online it takes 2 days only. I was ok with this believing it would only be 2 days. When I got home I went online and checked and the phone I wanted is on back order til the 22nd of December. What a disappointment..... wasted my time going home and trying to order it online when I could've just waited to buy it in store. But it’s fine I’ll call someone to bring me card quick. So I sit down in chairs provided. Employees come and go, in and out while staring at me, the I hear a gaggle of employees grouped to get her talk about me as if I was squatting. Literally thought I was homeless and extremely condescending when approaching me, and asked why I’m in the store. If I wasn’t paid customer that just spent an absurd amount of money for overpriced phone and extremely overpriced service, and in bind for a phone never ever would I have given this place business and will make efforts to let...
