I would like to start this by saying me and my partner have been attending this bar for a year and love the inclusion and love in this space. Breaks my heart to write a poor review for a fellow queer space, but it is significantly difficult to avoid the situation that me and my partner faced this evening. The drag queens put on a lovely show and made me proud of my community, shortly followed, was dancing music and a wonderful DJ. However, unfortunately a patron who may or may not work for the bar (was heavily involved in the show) became heavily intoxicated and began to make unwanted gestures toward multiple people. It’s not about the money… but being discriminated against for an unknown reason. We’re assuming they were planning on pocketing the additional $4. You would also think that someone choosing to give you business would be friendly and smiling when people walk in the door but it was the complete opposite (not just with us, with the person behind us as well). I’ll also add that there were only about 40 people inside at this time and there was not a line to get in so it was not busy at all. We decided to go elsewhere for...
