i ordered for pick up through uber eats. i get there and as i get out of the car i smell nothing but burnt, nasty oil. i walk in (as i get hit on by the homeless man and his dealer (&homeboys) in his vehicle chillin in the parking lot) and smell it so bad i had to cover my face. i was like maybe they are cleaning their oil trap or something - idk. let’s give the benefit of the doubt. i walk in and everyone is standing in the back by the cooler (like 8 people) and just look over at me and continue their convo and then come to me. didn’t greet me just looked at me like “what?” so i say “order for sonia” she hands me the bag and i walk to my vehicle and as soon as i get in my car the burnt, nasty oil smell consumes the car. i was like maybe it’s just the bag that absorbed the smell. i get home and we eat. didn’t taste like burnt oil but it tasted old and stale. i thought maybe it was my fault? should i have come before the time they told me to? just constantly giving them the benefit of the doubt. so i just heat it up in the air fryer a bit. sure enough 6am the next morning i’m crying in the bathroom with FOOD POISONING. i have had it for the last 3 DAYS. my husband and daughter also got it BAD. mine hit first and theirs followed so we’re all fighting over the bathroom - sweaty, stinky, just absolutely h3ll. i call UberEats to tell them we all got really bad food poisoning and they tell me they can’t help because it’s the 4th calendar day but they will investigate. like that’s great. investigate. but my $50 in Wing Stop is down the drain (literally) because i was so sick i couldn’t reach out until the morning of the 4th day - which food poisoning doesn’t even hit right away so how is that a good policy? maybe for UberEats but not us, the people who pay them. needless to say i will never go to this place again and will never eat Wing Stop again. all around...
Read moreIf i could give a ZERO star rating i would. My girlfriend and I visited here today being that it’s closer to us now vs the Roseville location. It was crowded and the parking is very much inconvenient. When we ordered our food online, it took forever like almost 45 minutes and they still forgot our fries to our meals. I got a sprite from the self service fountain, don’t do it, tasted like carbonated water, just nasty.
When my girlfriend went back in to tell them about us missing our fries, the lady had an attitude and was asking for a receipt. My girlfriend told her a receipt wasn’t placed in the bag and then she found the receipt on her side of the counter, made the fries and handed them off with an attitude. She opened the box and was like “see, cheese fries.” I’m pretty sure this a new location but it’s extremely tiny on the inside and the congestion of people is a headache. I’m extremely dissatisfied and will never eat from this...
Read moreFor starters there’s a ton of homeless people begging or selling things in the front of the shore. Not welcoming at all. Then in order for me to order the manajwe had to ask this guy to mivr out of the way so he could take my order. So I order the 3 piece chicken tenders combo with ranch and lemon pepper fries lemonade no Ice. Order was up and she handed me my drink. I get home and in the bag was my chicken tenders and fries which looked old and were cold. No tanch and my chicken tenders were not hot either. I call to tell them that I’m missing my ranch and they say they can’t refund me for the ranch, but they can put it in the book like what? Who needs ranch if their chicken is gone. I think that’s a lame excuse. This will be the last time I support this establishment. Tired of excuses. Establishments are out here found...
